Angie Haggard

Angela D. Haggard, COTA/L- Angela is a licensed and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who received her education at Nashville State Community College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Occupational Therapy in 2014. Angela specializes in pediatric patient ranging in age from 6 months to 12 years. Angela has experience with children's Sensory Integration Therapy, Adult Neurological issues, and Hand Therapy. Angela enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Britt Colston

Britt Colston, PT, DPT, Pelvic Health Therapist – Britt graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Biology (Pre-Physical Therapy ) from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. She then took a year off to travel with her husband to Costa Rica before going on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University. Britt has been interested in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation since discovering the specialty and has participated in Women’s Health clinical affiliations at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Methodist Le Boneheur Germantown Hospital in Memphis, TN. She has completed further specialized training in Pelvic Health with the American Physical Therapy Association. She lives in Nashville with her husband and their son.

Leslie Nelson

Leslie Nelson, PT, DPT - Leslie Nelson is a physical therapist who joined the Saint Thomas Rehabilitation team in July 2015. She graduated with her Bachelor of Education degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Tennessee in 2010 and then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Belmont University in Nashville, TN in 2013. Leslie enjoys working with the pediatric population in addition to the adult neurological patient in her experience in outpatient, inpatient, and acute settings. She enjoys spending time with her family on the lake, being outdoors hiking or biking, and volunteering with her church’s children’s ministry.

Angela States

Angela States, M.S., CCC-SLP, Speech-Language Pathologist - Angela received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences in 2002 from Eastern Illinois University and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Illinois State University in 2004. She has 12+ years of experience in the public school and private practice setting. Angela’s professional areas of interest include articulation disorders, language disorders, dyslexia, autism, augmentative communication and early intervention. She has an additional certification in the Picture Exchange Communication System. Angela and her husband Kevin live Murfreesboro with their two daughters Isabella and Zoe.

Ashley Schilling

Ashley Schilling, PT, DPT, PCS - Ashley Schilling is a board certified pediatric physical therapist who joined the St. Thomas Rehabilitation team in May of 2015. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in biology from Iowa State University in 2005 and then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2008. Ashley’s passion is providing the highest quality of care based on the latest evidence in a compassionate and supportive environment. She has specialty training in several areas including: intensive frequency treatment, serial casting, kinesiotaping, TheraTogs, SDO and DMO suits, adaptive equipment and orthotics assessment. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors running, hiking and biking with her family.

Dayna Huntley

Dayna Huntley, OTR, Lymphedema Therapist - Dayna graduated with her Masters of Occupational Therapy from Eastern Michigan University. After graduation, she went on to obtain her certification in Lymphedema Therapy from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. Dayna has treated patients with lymphedema in Naples/Fort Myers, Florida and in Nashville/Murfreesboro, Tennessee since 2009. Dayna lives in Nashville with her husband and daughter; she enjoys reading, cooking, scrapbooking, traveling and spending time with her family.

Gail Smith, PTA - Gail completed her Associate of Applied Science from Volunteer State Community College and became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant more than 12 years ago. Gail’s experience has allowed her to develop a well-rounded knowledge about patient care and therapeutic approaches.
Jennifer McLemore Jennifer McLemore, PT - Jennifer completed her Associate of Arts degree from Tallahassee Community College. While at Tallahassee she was selected as a two time NJCAA All-American in Softball. After community college, Jennifer went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Florida International University where she graduated Cum Laude. She continued her education at Florida International and completed her Advanced Master’s in Rehabilitation in 1999. Jennifer has worked in hospital based outpatient care since 1999 treating orthopedic and neurological injuries. In 2014, Jennifer became a Certified Think BIG clinician for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family.
Leslie Grogan

Leslie Grogan, Speech Language Pathologist - Leslie Grogan is a speech-language pathologist with 7+ years of experience in the school system with pediatrics ages 3-10 and in the acute care hospital setting. She completed her Bachelor of Science from MTSU and completed her graduate work from Tennessee State University. She enjoys spending time with her husband, son and yellow lab in the great outdoors.

Toni Miller Toni Miller, OT - Toni completed her education at the University of Tennessee-Memphis College of Allied Sciences. She has extensive experience in Adult Neurological issues, Hand Therapy, Lymphedema Therapy and Pediatrics with emphasis on Sensory Integration Therapy. Her 20+ years of experience in acute, inpatient and outpatient settings has provided her with invaluable experiences. During her free time, Toni enjoys running with a local running club and participating in area road races.
