The Seton Celebration
The Seton Society was established in 1991 by the Daughters of Charity and Ascension Health, the nation’s largest Catholic nonprofit health system, of which Saint Thomas Health is a member. The Seton Society recognizes and pays tribute to those physicians, nurses, health care workers and community volunteers who demonstrate excellence in their professions and in their service to Saint Thomas Health and the greater Nashville community.
Each year, the Seton Celebration event celebrates these individuals who make a difference. This black tie gala includes dinner, dancing and a program highlighting the work of the current year’s honorees.

Rock the Cradle
In 2010, co-chairs Connie Bradley and Troy Tomlinson kicked off a successful concert fundraiser benefiting the babies of Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital.
The casual, music-focused event includes a reception, dinner and a silent and live auction — all to benefit obstetrics care and the Beaman Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital. In the intimate setting of the Loveless Barn, artists are able to perform, share stories and interact with an audience of 450-500.
Having raised more than $500,000 in the past four years, Rock the Cradle impacts hundreds of lives and ensures that Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital continues as the area leader in childbirth.
